Minister for Minority Welfare, Waqf and Urdu Academy, Mr. Mohammed Ahmedullah made representation with the chief minister Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy for effective implementation of Prime Minister’s 15 point programme for the welfare of minorities. He also gave some suggestions in this connection.
Chief Minister assured thoughtful consideration over his suggestions and directed the concerned officials to take immediate action in this regard.
In view of chief minister’s direction, chief secretary convened several meetings with the concerned officials and reflected upon the proposals.
Chief Secretary formed 4 sub committees for the effective implementation of Prime Minister’s 15 point programme. These sub committees will work under secretary Minority Welfare Department.
