Electricity department is taking necessary measures to ensure uninterrupted power supply during the month of Ramadan. Syed Ali Murtaza Razvi IAS Chairman/MD, APCPDCL said in a press statement that apart from setting up of additional transformers and augmenting the capacity of the existing transformers it has arranged standby mobile generators besides setting up special control rooms to provide uninterrupted power supply at mosques and Eidgahs.
Besides the DTRS present near the main gate of Makkah Masjid, 21 DTRS of 500 kva and 3 DTRS of 60 kva have been set up at various places. 18 mobile trolleys have been set up at south circle Hyderabad while 4 DTRS have been set up at Hyderabad central circle.
