MCOCA relief for Sadhvi Pragya Thakur

Mumbai, July 31: A Nashik Sessions Court hearing Malegaon blast has removed MCOCA on Malegaon blast accused Sadhvi Pragya Thakur. The court has given a time of four weeks to the Government of Maharashtra to appeal against the order.

The decision has come as a great relief from the order.

The government has also been given time to appeal against the order.

Hindutva leader Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur is the prime accused in the case among others.
