Hyderabad, December 05: In view of the 19th anniversary of the demolition of Babri Masjid, MBT has called for a bandh on December 6 2011.
In a press release, MBT corporator Amjed Ullah Khan has set forth several demands to the UPA government which includes rejection of the judgment delivered by Allahabad High Court on September 30, 2010. He has urged the Centre to take necessary legal steps to establish a special Supreme Court bench to hear the whole Babri Masjid title case afresh and settle the issue as per the secular constitution in letter and spirit.
The press release said, “If demolition of Babri Masjid on 6th Dec.1992 was a Black Day in Indian History, 30th September 2010 is the blackest Day in the annals of Indian History.”
