On monday Osmania University police arrested a 25 year old man for sending lewd text messages.
The accused Laxman studying MBA at Badruka College of Commerce in Kachiguda was working as a delivery boy at Mc Donald’s at Nacharam branch as a part time employee. Laxman saved the contact numbers who ordered from the food joint he worked and pestered them by sending abusive messages.
A resident of Tarnaka placed an ordered with the restaurant for which Laxman was the delivery boy . After placing the order ,the accused sent several unpleasant messages one of whom was the daughter of a M.L.A.Based on the complaint lodge by the victim a case was registered under Sec.506(Criminal intimidation),509(Outraging modestyof a woman)and revelant section of the IT Act.
