New Delhi, Oct 11 : Indian actress Athiya Shetty, who has been roped in as the brand ambassador for Maybelline, dazzled the audience when she walked the ramp for Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna on the Day 4 of Amazon Indian Fashion Week Spring Summer 2016.
The 23-year-old actress expressed that she has lived her ‘make it happen’ moment while walking the ramp.
“Walking on the ramp for Maybelline and the designers was my make it happen moment and a dream come true. Every girl loves makeup and the tag-line of the new collection ‘Make it happen’ is for the confident women of today who just wants to go out and make things happen for them,” Shetty told the media here.
Designer duo Rohit and Rahul presented a collection with easy silhouettes of day dresses, evening gowns, short dresses etc. inspired from the busy life of New York, saying that they did not focus on any trends this time and dedicated the ensemble to the ‘multi-tasker women’.
The five-day fashion gala, Amazon India Fashion Week in association with Maybelline Spring Summer 2016 will showcase a total of 56 designers this year and will conclude on October 11. (ANI)
