In a press note Maulana Abdul Aleem Islami in strong words dismissed the report published in newspapers about him on Thursday and said ‘ever since my eldest son Mujahid Saleem Azmi was killed by Gujarat police 10 years ago, we are constantly being harassed and given mental torture. And on frequent intervals I and my younger son Motasim Billah are being involved by fabricating some story or other. During the past 10 years Motasim Billah has been implicated in many cases and today a new story has come to the fore. The court has exonerated Motasim in all the previous cases. We strongly condemn the allegations made by media, he said.
