A special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court here has fixed the hearing on the bail plea by main Zahida Pervez in RTI activist Shehla Masood’s murder on August 17. Zahida had filed a bail plea under Section 437 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPc) for taking care of her minor daughters. The court admitted the plea for hearing yesterday and fixed August 17 as the next date for hearing. UNI
