Jubilee Hall the memorial of the 7th Nizam Nawab Mir Osman Ali Khan is used by Andhra Pradesh and Telangana governments as Legislative council but the Masnad-e-Shahi located in the lawn of the historical building lies in utter neglect. Governments pay no attention towards protection and repair of the historical building. Hence the Masnad-e-shahi has become dilapidated. If not repaired immediately the unique tomb like Masnad-e-shahi may collapse.
It must be noted that the 7th Nizam Mir Osman Ali Khan used to issue royal Farman from the place. Its roof is wrecked and even the paint of the royal crown present on Masnad-e-shahi is fading out.
