Jaipur, January 16: Maruti Suzuki,the country’s number one automobile manufacturer today launched its new spacious family car –Eeco– in the Pink City.
Equipped with 1,200 cc powerful and highly fuel efficient engine and new DSA transmission system, the new model is a five door, C-segment vehicle specifically designed for Indian driving conditions, company General Manager (Commercial Vehicles) Tarun Garg said.
The new car with 7-seater and 5-seater options, had been designed to perform twin objectives of being a spacious family car and dependable vehicle to run businesses, Mr Garg said adding that in line of the Maruti Suzuki philosophy of making its range of vehicles environment friendly, the new model was also ELV compliant.
