‘Marry Hindus, convert to Hinduism’: VHP leader to Muslims

Agra: Muslim women should convert to Hinduism and marry Hindu Youths says Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader Sadhvi Prachi stirring fresh controversy.

“By converting, Muslim women will save themselves from practices such as triple talaq and nikah halala,” she said, on her visit to Mathura on Tuesday, TOI reported.

The leader boldly says that this would save them from lifelong harassment and threats.

The leaders leave no stone unturned to stay in the limelight with their bold statements. She visited the Banke Bihari Temple.

When asked to comment on the recent incident of ‘purifying’ a temple in Hamirpur district after a woman BJP leader entered the temple to pray Prachi said, “Why should anyone object to women entering the temple? She can give birth to a baby but is not allowed to pray. This is injustice against women and should be stopped.”

The leader talking on Ayodhya Mandir issue said, “Some people are trying to politicise it. No one can stop the temple’s construction and it will be built in 2019.”
