Job Description:
Will be responsible to handle sourcing team who will do lead generation and counselling of candidates who are interested to join banking sales job.
Will do networking in education institutes like colleges, coaching classes, etc. to generate leads and maintain database of the same
Will be responsible for monthly and yearly target allocated to his/ her team for bulk sourcing.
This is a field job & requires frequent travelling to different locations depending upon the client/ organizational requirement
Will initiate and arrange job fair organized by colleges, employment exchanges or any other groups/ institutions/ associations, etc.
Should follow the recruitment process strictly defined by the client/ organization
Should maintain cordial relation with the channel partner, service provider, candidate and client to get continuous business
Preparing all the reports related to sourcing
