Counselor:

1. Getting updates on the next days activities from the manager in his/her absence
2. Responsible for sending daily reports
3. Taking care of the business in the absence of manager
4. Conducting ACS sessions as per the batch module, if required
5. To update the complete information in the INTERNAL (Right from the enquiry form info to the revenue generated for the day)
6. Registers maintenance (All 10 registers)
7. Updating the manager before COB on days activities
8. Submitting the daily account reports in the managers absence

Center Manager:

1. Meeting with sales and marketing team in the first hours to know about business and activities for the day
2. Road map for the days activity for the marketing executive
3. Walk-in status of yesterday
4. Expected revenue figure for the day
5. Monitoring the batch plan and the students attendance
6. Updating required information into the INTERNAL
7. Monitoring on tele enquiries to tele walk-ins and tele-callers lead conversion
8. File management (Updating all the registers)
9. Taking care of the branch ambience
10. Knowledge sharing to the counselor as and when it is needed
11. Responsible for day to day branch operations
12. Material procurement as per the need
13. Accepting the honors if the senior manager is on leave or otherwise
14. To submit daily accounting report (DAR)

Marketing / Business Development:

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Thoroughly knowledge on all the products offered by Manhattan Review
2. Having good communication skills and customer handling skills
3. Target oriented and should have complete knowledge of colleges, corresponding in-charges
4. Responsible for getting tie-ups and Brand building
5. Designing business models with detailed orientation of sales operations, route and sales journey maps for teams.
6. Preparations of action plans and work on developing weak areas with the existing team.
7. New product development programs and conducting surveys and market research.
8. Responsible for delivering seminars PAN India
9. Responsible for enquiry generation by conducting seminars and spreading the word of mouth
10. Responsible for making events successful, center wise and city wise
11. Knowledge about local market and upcountrys.
12. Ready to travel local and out stations.
13. To put it simple, Any activity that generates revenue comes under Business Development Manager roles and responsibilities

Job Card:
1. To interact with the centers PAN India on activities happened day before and activities planned to execute todays activities
2. To check with BDEs on events happened day before and events planned for today
3. To evaluate the day wise performance of all the Business development team members
4. Lead generation and closing for better revenue
5. Increasing the footfalls at the centers to generate the revenue day wise
6. Regular center interactions on business promotional activities
7. Daily reporting to the reporting in charge at the COB
8. To send daily report by COB
9. Clients follow-ups on a day to day basis
10. Knowledge sharing to his/her reporting team
11. Branch level meetings
