Anantapur, January 19: Police have recovered an arms dump of Maoists in Srikailasam forest area near Gundipally village of Penukonda mandal in the district today.
Acting on information provided by forest workers, police searched the area and found 110 gelatin sticks, stored in a plastic drum, after digging the ground, a police officer told PTI.
The arms dump is about 7-8 years old, police said adding that further investigation is on.
