Hyderabad: Maulana Azad National Urdu University will give spot admissions in a host of courses on August 2 at 9 a.m.
According to Prof. P. F. Rahman, Chairman, Central Admission Committee, the admissions will be offered at Hyderabad in M.A. Programmes (Persian, Translation, Women Studies, Public Administration, History, Islamic Studies and Sociology); M.Sc. (Mathematics); B.Sc. (MPC and MPCS); and Bridge Courses for B.Sc. and B. Com. One seat each is available in School of Arts and Social Sciences and B.Sc. for category of students from Kashmiri. Seats in M. A. (Persian, English and Arabic) are available at Lucknow Campus and in Srinagar campus seats in M. A. Economics are on the offer.
The candidates who have made it to the Merit List earlier shall be considered first followed by other applicants. Such candidates must report at MANUU Campus, Polytechnic building; and at University Off Campuses situated at Lucknow and Srinagar. Hostel facility is not available for spot admission students this year.
Three general category seats are vacant in MBA and the candidates listed in the Master Merit list are required to report to Head, Dept. of Management on August 2 at 9 a.m. The admissions shall be offered strictly in order of merit. Women candidates are exempted from payment of tuition fee for the first semester.
