Hyderabad:- Maulana Azad National Urdu University is offering admissions in Postgraduate courses like M.A. in Hindi, Translation Studies, Persian, Public Administration, Sociology etc. Admissions for undergraduate, PG Diploma and certificate course Tahseen-e-Ghazal are also available. Keeping in view the tremendous popularity of Urdu Ghazals, a unique certificate course Tahseen-e-Ghazal is designed for the benefit of non-Urdu Ghazal lovers.
The last date for submission of online application is July 9. Further, details and online application are available on University website www.manuu.ac.in.
With 7 schools of studies, 24 departments and 78 programmes ranging from professional diplomas, UG, PG to research programmes, MANUU is the only University offering courses through Urdu medium. For the second consecutive time it has been awarded ‘A’ grade by NAAC.
Applications are invited from interested candidates to take admission in MA (Hindi, Persian, Public Administration, Translation Studies, Sociology). The other post graduate courses available are Urdu, English, Arabic, Political Science, Islamic Studies, History, Economics, Social Work, Women Studies, MA (JMC), M.Com and M.Sc. (Mathematics).
MANUU is introducing undergraduate program B.A. (Hons) in Journalism and Mass Communication from this year. The admissions are also open for other UG programmes B.A., B.Com. and B.Sc. (MPC, M.P.CS & ZBC).
Madrassa passouts can take admission in bridge courses which enable them to integrate into mainstream education and they shall be eligible to take admissions in Under Graduate (B.Com./B.Sc.) and Polytechnic programs on merit basis.
Candidates interested in banking and management field can also take admission PG Diploma programmes offered in Islamic Banking and Retail Management.
The admissions for research and professional courses are in final phase and the counseling/interview for these courses is scheduled to be held from July 9 – 18.
