Hyderabad: Taking a key decision, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, rejected the resolution passed in Waqf Board on March 11. Respecting the long-pending wish of Mohammed Asadullah to relieve him as CEO Waqf Board, the government has decided to return his services to the Revenue Department.
Asadullah is replaced by M A Mannan Siddiqui, Assistant Secretary Law Department for a period of one year. Secretary Minority Welfare, Syed Omer Jaleel issued GO MS 11 stating returning of Asadullah’s services to his respective department on his wish.
Mohammed Asadullah has done remarkable services during the past two years as Chief Executive Officer and succeeded in protecting several key Waqf properties.
