Home Minister Nayani Narsimha Reddy today said the TRS Government was implementing all items incorporated in TRS party Manifesto at the behest of Telangana Ideologue Prof Jayashankar.
Addressing the media here, the Home Minister said Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao was implementing all schemes, programs of the manifesto and honored Jayashankar on the occasion of Jayashankar fourth death anniversary. He accused the Congress of neglecting the region and Hyderabad from developing. Though the Congress leaders threatened of Naxalites problem and then chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy of power crisis, but Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has broken down all that misinterpretations, he asserted.
The Congress resorted to loot the people of the region and ignored their development, he alleged. Now with people’s mandate the TRS Government was moving forward in a path shown by Jayashankar to focus on welfare and progress, he claimed. While Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken up Swacch Bharath, Chief Minister began Swacch Hyderabad and Swacch Telangana, Narsihma Reddy said.
KCR was making efforts to transform Hyderabad like Dallas City of America. He claimed the TRS government was committed to provide safe and potable waters to every household through water grid program. The minister also said they are spending funds for welfare in a big way by providing Rs 1000 pension to widows, old aged and Beedi workers, Rs 1500 to physically challenged and feeding fine rice to the students of welfare hostels, he added.
