The police Mangalhat arrested murder case accused persons A1 M. Ashok @ Jangaiah (38) a Laborer S/o M. Yesaiah, R/o Multanpura, Begum Bazar, Hyderabad, N/o Jamshedpura village, Marpalli Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, A2 B. Venkataiah (55) a Hamali work S/o Shaurappa, R/o Lenin Nagar, Balapur X Road, R.R. District N/o Aminpur village, Narayanpet Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, A3 K.Pandu (30) a Laborer S/o Pakirappa, R/o Maharajgunj, Gowliguda Chaman, Hyderabad. N/o Bhairankonda village, Narayanpet Mandal, Mahabubnagar District who brutally killed the missing woman Alikam Yadamma (40) a Laborer W/o A. Mallaiah R/o Seetarampet, Mangalhat, Hyderabad, N/o Kottalingaiahpalli village, Papannapet Mandal, Medak District by hitting with iron rod on her head in the isolated place near Hrunda Sagar Cheruvu hillocks under the limits of Pahadi Shareef with the instigation of A4 Smt. Durgamma (35) a Laborer W/o A. Mallaiah, H.No. Kotha Lingaiahpally, Papannapet Mandal, Medak District and they removed the silver leg rings weigh about 40 tulas from the legs of deceased Yadamma. A-1 Jangaiah handed over the same to A4 Durgamma as a token of murder of Yadamma.
On March 13, 2014 at 1915 hours one A. Beerappa (18) a Farmer S/o A. Mallaiah R/o Kotha Lingaiahpally, Papannapet Mandal, Medak in which he stated that her mother / deceased Alikam Yadamma N/o Kottalingaiahpalli village, Papannapet Mandal, Medak District found missing from Mangalhat area from March 9, 2014. On March 18, 2014 the Pahadishareef police found one unknown female dead body in decomposed condition under suspicious circumstances at near Hrunda Sagar Cheruvu hillocks. The Police Pahadishareef contacted Mr.Beerappa with the help of chits available with deceased. The said Beerappa and his family members rushed to place and identified the unknown dead body as Yadamma. After Inquest Panchanama and autopsy, the Pahadishareef Police transfer the case file to PS. Mangalhat on point of jurisdiction.
The complainant A. Beerappa is the son of Mallaiah and deceased Yadamma. The accused A4 Smt. Durgamma is the 2nd wife of Mallaiah and they are all labour by profession. A-1 M. Ashok, A-2 B. Venkataiah and A-3 K. Raju are also labour and used to get work by standing at Begum Bazar Adda. All the above persons are well acquainted with each other. Sri Mallaiah is having house, agriculture land and cattle at his native place Kottalingaiahpalli village of Papannapet Mandal, Medak District. About one year back Smt. Durgamma performed her daughter marriage and the deceased Smt. Yadamma also performed marriage of her daughter Kavitha. In this marriage Yadamma and Mallaiah have spent Rs.6.00 lakhs towards marriage expenses. As such Durgamma developed jealousy and feeling insecurity towards her future as well as her son Anjaneyulu. As such she decided to kill deceased Smt. Yadamma to get the properties of Mallaiah available in the village. After few months of the marriage of Kavitha, Yadamma shifted from village to Hyderabad and started staying at Sitarampet. She used to attend labour work at Begum Bazar, Hyderabad. A-1 M. Ashok @ Jangaiah and A-4 Durgamma were having illegal intimacy during the stay of Durgamma in Hyderabad. A-2 B. Venkataiah tried to have an illegal affair with the deceased Yadamma, but she refused him in insulting words and A-2 B. Venkataiah developed grudge against her. For the last six month A-4 Durgamma has demanding A-1 M. Ashok @ Jangaiah to kill Yadamma as she was the big hurdle on the way of her and her son’s future. Initially A-1 M. Ashok @ Jangaiah refused to do so, but A-4 Durgamma threatened him that she would kill herself by writing a letter on his name. Upon which A-1 M. Ashok @ Jangaiah agreed to kill Yadamma. A-4 Durgamma also informed that A-2 B. Venkataiah also developed grudge against Yadamma as she refused to have an affair with him and he would help him for implementing of the plan. Accordingly, on March 9, 2014 at 1430 hours A-1 M. Ashok @ Jangaiah & A-2 B. Venkataiah met with deceased Yadamma at Begum Bazar Labour Adda and offered her for consuming toddy at Osmangunj. They took Yadamma to Osmangunj where they three consumed toddy and from there they came to Gosha Mahal where A-1 M. Ashok @ Jangaiah & A-2 B. Venkataiah met with A-3 K. Pandu and informed him that they were going to Odamgadda Toddy Compound to consume toddy. Further, A-1 M. Ashok @ Jangaiah & A-2 B. Venkataiah informed that they were also going to kill Yadamma and requested for his help and he agreed for toddy. All the four went to City College and boarded RTC Bus and went to Aramghar Chowrasta, then again boarded a sharing auto and went to Odamgadda Toddy Compound where they consumed toddy. On the request of A-1 M. Ashok @ Jangaiah, A-2 B. Venkataiah brought one beer and one cheap liquor quarter bottle from the wine shop. At about 11.00 PM A-1 to A-3 took the deceased from Odamgadda Chowrasta to the isolated place besides Hrunda Sagar Cheruvu where the deceased Yadamma consumed beer and A-1 to A-3 drunken quarter bottle. When Yadamma became drowsy and unable to walk under the influence of alcohol, and then they lifted her to nearby ditch situated about 50 meters away in between the Hillock. When A-2 Venkataiah and A-3 Pandu caught the hands of Yadamma, A-1 M. Ashok @ Jangaiah removed one feet iron Shanam from his waist and forcibly hit on her head. Further, A-2 Venkataiah also took the same Shanam and hit on Yadamma. The iron Shanam used in the commission of offence was fallen at the spot. When she was fallen down and no movement in her body, they laid her down on the edge of ditch. They removed the silver leg rings (kadiyalu) from the legs of Yadamma and A-1 M. Ashok @ Jangaiah kept the same with him to show and hand over to Durgamma as she desired. Further, they covered the bed sheet on the dead body of Yadamma which she carried with her. Also dropped beer & quarter bottle at the place and left from there. On 12-03-2014 A-1 M. Ashok @ Jangaiah met Durgamma at Begum Bazar Adda and shown the leg rings of Yadamma and told her that he took Yadamma along with Venkataiah and Pandu to secluded place at Laxmiguda and killed her by hitting with iron Shanam. A-1 M. Ashok @ Jangaiah handed over the silver leg rings to Durgamma and she received the same and wears in her legs. Sri R. Srinivas, Inspector of Police, PS.
