Stating that the City Police Commissioner did not give permission to his proposed ‘Upavasa Deeksha’, MRPS founder-president Manda Krishna Madiga said his Deeksha will not be stopped by anyone.
Speaking to the media after coming from City Police Commissioner’s office here on Tuesday, Manda Krishna said he urged City Police Commissioner to give permission for his Deekshas at Indira Park and Bapu Ghat. But the former denied. He alleged that suppression was more in the present government. He expressed doubts over why the previous governments didn’t arrest KCR, KTR, Harish Rao, Prof. M Kodandaram, who created scare during Million March.
