Job Description

Overall 3+ years of experience in industry with half of it in quality/process/change management
Experience in supporting a project lead in process re-engineering activities
Demonstrate ability to support the definition of a business problem
Familiarity and experience with financial services business processes
Experience of communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Exposure to green belt/ black belt projects
Good verbal and written communication skills and experience in face-to-face and remote presentations.
