Identifying Training and Development Needs within the organisation through job analysis.
Design and Development of Training Programs based on the needs of organisation and the needs.
Evaluation of Training and Development needs.
Handling of deviation, CAPA s and change controls related to Trainings
Maintain the documentation of training system.
Ensure that training requirements i.e GMP, GDP,GLP , on job training are met
Working experience s a training manager
Helping department heads and trainers to solve training problems, either on a one to one basis or in groups.

Working experience as a training Manager
Track record in designing and executing successful training programa
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods i.e mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e training, workshops, simulations etc
cGMP and regulatory awareness
Excellent communication and leadership skills
