Job Description:
Ensure timely clearance of import shipment upon receiving the shipping documents from overseas.
Maintain constant communication with overseas supplier regarding issues related with the completeness of the shipping document.
To Handle with communication with customs house agent to ensure timely clearance.
Procurement of raw material, supplies and other needs at the best overall value (price, quality, service and delivery).
Sourcing & Procurement of Raw/Packing Material/Stores & Spares by setting proper strategy to handle and manage all issues relating to procurement.
Developing Procurement Process with suppliers to enhance final negotiation and monitoring supplier performance.
Developing necessary process together with Plant, Technical, Excise, Clearing Agents, Engineering and Finance & Accounting departments for smooth functioning of the organization.
Manage and control the expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of the material as per PO conditions. Follow up with vendors till delivery without compromising production schedules.
Identification and coordination with job work agencies, packing companies etc.
Generating comparative statements, preparing master list of vendors and updating it from time to time.
Preparation of data for internal meetings and MIS Reporting, Coordinating in Operational and Capital Expenditure Planning & Implementation.
Liaison with Govt officials for statutory requirements, if needed.
Any other associated activity entrusted by the management from time to time.

Salary:INR 4,50,000 – 5,00,000 P.A
