Job Description:

Job Responsibilities :

Developing Learning Solutions:

– Applies industry best practices and leading edge thinking to learning programs, e. g. simulations, games
– Shares knowledge or integrates the latest learning approaches and models into design of interventions for improving effectiveness of the learning solutions
– Understands the strategic development drivers of a designated group and translates that into development opportunities in the long/ short term for the group/ individuals
– Diagnoses the root causes for the gaps and prioritizes development activities that will result in the highest impact

Training Delivery:

– Understands the needs of the different participants and frames the training structure accordingly
– Actively balances conflicting interests of participant group and addresses them while facilitating the training.
– Delivers Communication/ Behavioral Trainings as designated
– Works with the TD operations team effectively to manage schedules, attendance for the trainings
– Offers suggestions for tool improvement as required

Training Program Management:

– Responsible for the overall execution of the TNI, content development and training delivery for the designated Group
– Proactively calls out the associated risks, dependencies and the risk mitigation plan

Strategic Project Management:

– Understands and articulates the purpose, objective and deliverables of the project
– Creates and manages high level plans with milestones, risks and dependencies
– Proactively calls out the associated risks, dependencies and the risk mitigation plan
– Provides visibility to the critical stakeholders with respect to the overall plan, schedules, progress, risks and contingency plans.

Relationship Management:

– Building effective working relationships with all internal customers and external training vendors.
– Regular Interaction with Global L&D SPOCs and trainers
– Interact with internal customers to schedule and implement training sessions

Adoption of Training Interventions:

– Articulates measures of success and interventions to sustain behavior transfer
– Suggests course correction / alternatives to improve adoption as required

– Total work experience of 8- 9 Years, with at least 6- 7 years in Process/ Product Training
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Stakeholder Management for internal and external stakeholders
– Time Management, prioritization and organization
– Adaptability for a rapidly changing environment and requirements
– Mentoring for team members
– Working independently and in a team environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
– Graduation Degree in any discipline
– Six Sigma project experience in training / operations
– Ability to Prepare Training Scorecards, MIS and Dashboards
