Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Desired candidate is required to perform below duties :
a) Manage a team of 20 – 30 MIS Resources :
– Manage day to day Work assignment to team.
– Prepare Day end productivity, Utilization and Efficiency reports
– Support team with Business and Technical knowledge
– Work with Team on employee engagement, Motivation, Coaching/Mentoring, Interpersonal Development of team and self, Training plans
– Resolve team related issues
– Ensure 100% Backup plan, KT Documentation and SOP’s for team
– Guide and support from On-boarding till Exit
b) Work on Internal and External MIS and reports.
c) Provide guidance to prepare new and ad-hoc reports.
d) Maintain high level of efficiency and quality in report.
e) Maintain TAT and accuracy
f) Lead by examples
g) Maintain attendance, Scheduled Leaves, unscheduled leaves and attrition percentage, within SLA’s
– Work on identifying new area of opportunities industry wide, Apply lean or Six sigma for process improvement
– Work with Leadership to identify essential reports and improve existing reports.
– Work with Cross-functional teams to improve data flow from one to another department.
– Provide Training to Colleagues on new technology
– Research new technologies, identify and learn best practice and share, adapt quickly and provide technical guidance to other team members
– Working with users on trouble-shooting and support of the applications developed
– Creating PPT and SOP of completed work and Presenting and demoing to End users, stakeholders and leadership
– Prepare Work Breakdown Structure, Working on new level Scorecards, Dashboards, Variance analysis reports, Gantt charts, Scatter charts, Trackers and impact analysis
– Promoting excellent user experience and system performance
– Perform related duties as assigned by AVP – MIS / VP – MIS
– Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
