Job Responsibilities :
Quality & Transformation :
– Drive high impact transformation projects for client
– Facilitate Joint workouts with customers to discuss & resolve issues using various BPR, Lean, Six sigma & Project management tools
– Initiate & lead ideation workouts
– Initiate, Drive & Mentor Six Sigma Projects (Black belt / Green belt)
– Share and drive best practices from other processes (with in & outside of account)
Performance management :
– Own & Drive Process stabilization and standardization initiative across F&A processes
– Conduct – After Acton Reviews- with customers to facilitate for RCA & Actions for identified issues in processes
