London, Aug. 30 : West Brom have reportedly signed defender Jonny Evans from Manchester United for a four-year deal worth six million pounds.
The Northern Irish player will be paid initially six million pounds, which could later rise to eight millions with additions, The Guardian reports.
The 27-year-old said that it would be a fresh challenge for him, saying that he is looking forward to it.
Reacting on their new appointment, West Brom coach Tony Pulis said that his club felt delighted to have Evans, and added that he would be a big player for his club with a lot of experience.
Evans made his debut in 2007 and has won three Premier League titles since then.
The player has made 198 appearances for United and played 42 times for his country.(ANI)
