Thane: In a horrific incident, a man was brutally beaten to death by hanging him on a tree. During the brutality, his hands and legs were tied.
According to the news published in NDTV, the most surprising fact of the incident is that two policemen were watching the lynching of the man without trying to stop the mob.
It is also reported that the 28-year-old man was beaten with rods and sharp weapons.

On Monday, three persons arrested in connection with this lynching case. They are Amit Patil, Sagar Patil and Balram Furad.
Cops who were watching the incident as silent spectators are also suspended. They are police constables, HN Garud and SV Kanchave.
The identification of the man who was killed is yet to be established.
The reason for the assault is also not clear. Documents which were found from the victim revealed that his mental condition was not sound and he is a resident of Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh.
