An man stabbed to death his wife, an APSRTC conductor, at Kachiguda on Sunday afternoon.
According to Kachiguda police, deceased Jamuna Rani (40), a was living separately from her husband Venkateshwar due to differences between them.
On Sunday the man called her to Kachiguda railway station and after speaking with her for sometime killed stabbed her, Kachiguda Inspector, A. Laxmi Narayana said. The woman was rushed to a private hospital where she died while undergoing treatment a little later.
The man Venkateshwar Naik, (47), a dismissed police constable was later arrested by the police.
“Venkateshwar suspected that his wife was friends with some other person,” the official added. (INN)
