A 24-year-old man was stabbed to death by some unidentified persons at Risala Bazar in Golconda police station limits on Thursday afternoon.
According to police, the deceased, Mohammed Abdul Razaq, was attacked by some assailants while he was coming out after noon prayers at a local mosque. He was immediately rushed to a local hospital for treatment where he died. Razaq was a resident of Neknampur of Rajendernagar and an employee of a private firm.
Golconda police registered a case of Murder under section 302 IPC and and began investigations. “We are trying to nab those who were involved,” ACP Asifnagar D Srinivas said. (INN)
