A fast track court in Bihar’s Munger district today sentenced a man to life imprisonment after finding him guilty in a murder case eight years ago.
The fast track court -IV judge Gyanchandra Gupta passed the order sentencing Satish Yadav to life and imposed a
fine of Rs 5,000.
According to the prosecution, Manish Yadav was shot dead by Satish in Shankarpur village under Mufassil police
station on October 21, 2004 while the former was going to a temple for prayer.
