London, January 27: A man has been put behind bars for an indefinite period for raping four women at knifepoint because he though they should not have been out of their homes late in the night.
The man, name withheld here, belongs to a conservative and religious family. He dragged his victims, threatened them with a knife, bound and gagged them and assaulted them for over two months, reports Daily Mail.
One of his victims was just 15 years old. He had pounced on her from the back and forced her into his girlfriend’s car and raped her twice after taking her to a secluded spot. He told the girl that he wanted to teach her a lesson. He also muttered similar things to his other victims.
His other victims included a 20-year-old prostitute, a 28-year-old girl and a 31-year old woman who was repeatedly punched on the face. He subjected two of them to his disgusting ‘trademark double rape’.
The judge, while pronouncing his sentence, said the harm that he had done to his victims was ‘uncalculable’, said the daily.
He was convicted of seven charges of rape, one of sexual assault and one of kidnap.
