A 35-year-old man shot himself dead after killing his wife, brother-in-law and father-in-law here Wednesday over a family row, police said.

The shooting spree took place around 1.15 p.m. at Alipur in west Delhi shortly after the man, identified as Sonu of Noida in Uttar Pradesh, had a heated argument with his wife Poonam.

Police said Sonu barged into his in-laws’ house with a locally made pistol and first shot dead his 25-year-old wife.

When her 23-year-old brother Tarun, whose marriage was to take place Thursday, intervened, he too was killed, Additional Commissioner of Police Vikramjeet Singh told IANS.

A fuming Sonu then killed his father-in-law, who was 60 years old, before shooting himself.
