Pune: A 38-year-old labourer allegedly strangled his wife and nine-year-old daughter before hanging himself in his house on the outskirts of Lonavala hill station in the wee hours today, police said.
According to police, Baban Dhindale, a resident of Okalaiwadi near Lonavala, also tried to kill his 11-year-old son Rohit by throttling him before hanging himself. However, Rohit survived as he passed out.
