A 55-year-old man was arrested here Tuesday for killing his wife and burying her body in a pit, police said.
Ramdayal allegedly strangled his wife Monday after an argument and buried the body in front of his house in Madankheda village.
Ramdayal was earlier jailed for a year-and-a-half for attempting to kill his wife. He was released from jail recently, police said.
