New Delhi, August 21: An unidentified man attacked children at a government upper primary school in Srikakulam district on Saturday killing one student on the spot and severely injuring another with a sickle.
Police report that the man, who had a mask on his face, appeared to be middle-aged and stout. Eye witnesses said that he created mayhem at the school as he indiscriminately tried to hurt the children, even as the teachers tried to rescue them. The police has launched amanhunt to nab the attacker.
