A man has been detained by the police for photographing a woman who was taking bath in the Birubari area of Guwahati on Sunday.
City SP AP Tiwari told reporters that the woman alleged in her report at Paltan Bazar police station that the man was taking pictures of her when she was taking bath.
A case has been registered against the man and the cell phone with which he was taking pictures has been seized.
