Hyderabad: A young woman approached the “SHE Teams” with a complaint of social media harassment. She stated that one Mustafa Khan sent her a friend request on Facebook. Later she met him at Golconda fort along with her friends took pictures together there.
When Mustafa Khan proposed to marry her, the girl politely declined his offer saying she was already engaged to another person. Upset over the girl’s negative response, Mustafa Khan sent their previous pictures to her fiancé through WhatsApp from his mobile saying he was in love with her and warned him not to marry her. He also threatened to kill the woman if she doesn’t marry him.
The “She Teams” collected all the incriminating evidence and caught Mustafa Khan of Talab Katta at Patanshawali Darga and handed him over to Langer House P.S.
Four caught teasing girls at Sanjeevaiah Park.
As per instructions of D. Kavitha, Asst. Commissioner of Police, the She Teams went to Sanjeevaiah Park and kept watching. The Team found four men involved in eve-teasing and caught them red handed and brought them to the She Team Office. All the accused in teens were residents of Asifnagar. They were warned, counselled and let off after the boys exhibited repentance and agreed not to repeat the mistake again.
