Hyderabad: Nampally criminal court has convicted and sentenced a man to 10 years’ imprisonment for sexually abusing a minor girl. According to sources, in 2013, Dharmendra Kumar Singh had raped a minor girl from his neighbourhood, following which he was arrested by the police.
Chatrinaka police submitted a charge sheet against the accused and the complaint recorded statements of 12 witnesses. Public prosecutor Mrs. Padmaja followed the case and requested the court to pronounce life term to the accused.
The IV Metropolitan Additional Judge pronounced 10-year jail to the convict.
