Hyderabad, April 2: A man committed suicide in the presence of police in the city outskirts on Friday. The incident took place late at night where Y Srinivas Rao (48) jumped from the 4th floor of the apartment and committed suicide.
According to reliable sources when Srinivas Rao jumped from the 4th floor his wife and daughter besides police were present in the apartment.
Srinivas Rao was wanted in a fraud case. Srinivas Rao was working in Tata projects as Assistant manager (legal) and the company had lodged complaint of fraud against him. Police had arrested Srinivas Rao the day before from Khammam and he jumped from the building yesterday.
According to inspector Ramakant Rao police had taken him to his house along with them for some essential reason, where he had argument with his wife. He was requesting his wife to take care of his daughter meanwhile while talking on phone he jumped down from the balcony.
