On Sunday, a man committed suicide by injecting poison into his veins at his residence in Rajendranagar, under Nacharam police station limits. The deceased was an ESI employee.
The deceased Bhagyaraj, 28year-old, injected some noxious substance when his family members were out for some work. On their homecoming, they found him dead in his room. A syringe was found near his bed. He is survived by wife and two children, according to police sources.
The police officials have a sneaking suspicion that a family dispute may have forced him take the extreme step. The body has been shifted to Gandhi Hospital for post-mortem.
Based on the complaint to them by his wife, Soujanya, police booked a case under Section 174 (suspicious death) of CrPC.
