AP: A man in Andhra Pradesh caused panic among others after he climbed a cell tower on Saturday demanding special category status to Andhra Pradesh.
The man was identified as P Vijay Bhaskar who reportedly climbed a cell tower at Dharmavaram in Anantapur district demanding immediate special status granted to AP state.
Threatening to jump and take his life if his demand is not fulfilled the man remained to stay on the tower and refused to come down despite several attempts to save him were made by the police personnel.
