Champaran (Bihar): One man carrying an air gun was detained on Saturday at one of the entrances of Rahul Gandhi’s rally here in Bihar.
The Police are investigating the matter as to find out why he was carrying the gun.
The Congress Party plans to make the rally at Ram Nagar in West Champaran district a mega affair. The top leaders of the grand alliance are expected to attend the mega event.
Congress president Sonia Gandhi had earlier shared the dais with Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in the Swabhiman rally in Patna, where she dubbed Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led NDA Government as ‘anti-farmer’ and lashed out at him for his ‘DNA jibe’ against Nitish.
