Hyderabad: In a strange incident a man had bitten his friend’s nose under the SR Nagar police station limits.
Police claimed that, the duo were in inebriated condition when the incident taken place. Venugopal Reddy and Ramesh are friends, both have financial dealings. On Wednesday evening the duo had altercation over the pawning of a motorcycle. Ramesh objected Venugopal Reddy’s act of taking away his bike and pawned at a local financer.
During the heated arguments between both friends, Ramesh pounced over Reddy and bitten his nose leaving him severely injured. Venugopal Reddy was immediately shifted to Secundrabad Gandhi Hospital where doctors have admitted him.
“The two friends had a dispute over money matters and both had heated arguments ater consuming liquor at Venugopal Reddy’s house at SR Nagar, Ramesh in a fit of rage, bit his nose leading to serious injury” said Inspector S Muralikrishna of SR Nagar station.
A case has been registered against the assailant Ramesh investigation is underway.
