Man arrested twice on his wedding night

Lewiston, February 20: On his marriage night, a 21-year-old man was arrested twice. Nathan Lewis who belongs to Idaho, was arrested two times, and was also charged with assaulting his new bride.

Court records revealed the details that Nathan Lewis of Lewiston, Idaho, was charged on Tuesday in Asotin County Superior Court with second-degree assault and interfering with a report of domestic violence.

The Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office in Idaho said that Nathan Lewis was married on Sunday, and subsequently arrested for drunken and disorderly conduct in Lewiston. Police also divulged that after the 21-year-old Nathan Lewis was released on bail, he went back home and in a fit of rage assaulted his new wife, at a home in nearby Clarkston, Washington.

Nathan’s wife divulged to the authorities that she was slapped, and she also choked during the altercation. Nathan Lewis is all set to be arraigned on the 1st of March 2010.
