One person was arrested today for supplying heroin to an inmate at the jail here in West Midnapore district.
The police said the man called Sisir was arrested when he was caught by the warden when handing over heroin to Binod
Bihari Yadav, a man convicted for life in prison here.
Sisir approached Yadav on the pretext of delivering him biscuitss, sources said.
