New Delhi: A man was arrested today for allegedly attacking a married woman with a knife at Surajpur area here, police said.
The incident took place when Shailendra paid a visit to his friend Arun Singh and his wife Mala. Shailendra, who had feelings for Mala, confessed about his love to her, Anuj Kumar, SHO, Surajpur said.
When Mala refused to entertain his advances, he attacked her.
Shailendra has been arrested and the woman admitted to a hospital, police added.
