Mallu seeks steps on viral fevers, unemployment

Congress member Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka today said that the government should take immediate steps to provide employment opportunities to Tribals and poor in the state.
During a debated on Budget in Assembly session here Mallu expressed concern on the growing unemployment and viral fevers in agency areas. This is the time to focus on the viral fevers and unemployment issues he said. He said that the congress regime introduced Arogyasri to help the poor. The Congress member alleged that as the government failed to take preventive steps there is a spread of viral fevers and the agency people are falling bedridden, he charged. Keeping the situation in view the government has to provide funds and equipment to attend the patients at the tribal and agency areas, he said. Seeking clarity on fees reimbursement Mallu asked the government to explain its plans to implement KG to PG free education to poor in Telangana State. He asked the Chief Minister to implement welfare schemes as many poor families are pinning hopes to get benefits. (NSS)
