Crime Branch CID today produced terror suspect Bilal Malik in a local court here, which remanded him to judicial custody for a day.
Since the 10-day police custody granted for Malik expired today, he was produced before the court, police sources said.
He was later taken to central prison, they said.
Malik was taken along with his accomplice ‘Police’ Fakruddin at Puttur in Chithoor district of Andhra Pradesh,
where he was arrested with Panna Ismail on October five.
