SAR22000 plus family status only ( Salary includes HRA and Transportation)
On behalf of our client a leading logistics firm that is based in Dammam we are looking to recruit a Male Hindi Speaking HR Policy and Employee Relations Manager. Reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of company HR strategies, policies and procedures, provide high quality HR advice to employees and Managers, assess current and future HR policy requirements, plan headcount based on requirements and studying and assessing benefit needs and trends.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must be a resident of Saudi Arabia, be degree educated in HR, have 5 years HR supervisory experience with a transferable Iqama. Only candidates who have the relevant experience need apply and will be contacted.
